Adding Custom Fields

Cloud Coach supports making custom board processes. The steps below show the process for creating your own custom board processes.

  1. Search “Cloud Coach Admin” in the app launcher.
  2. Select the first tab and navigate to the Processes tab.
  3. Click Board Processes.
    1. Click New at the bottom of the left hand column.
  4. Enter the Board Process information:
    • Name
    • Business Area
    • Color Tag Set
  5. Click the + button on the top right.
  6. Create a grouping or step:
    1. Groupings create a container that groups the board processes steps and determines the colors of the columns in the Kanban Board.
    2. Steps create the category columns that Kanban cards can be moved into.
  7. Click Save at the top of the page.
